Telltale - 'Otherside' Single Review

Telltale have returned with their first new music since 2022 and it’s a brilliant single. The band have been on the UK festival circuit this past year as well supporting a number of other bands and are now finally releasing some new music after a cover earlier in 2023 for charity.

The Virginia based punk pop four piece have released a brilliantly catchy song which deals with some quite serious issue, vocalist John explains it perfectly as he spent a large part of his twenties chasing the other side, that something, drink, drugs, whatever it is for some people, that takes them to the other side. The place they want to be as they think it’s better than their reality. Most people either grow out of it or get permanently lost in.

Thankfully for the sake of our ears John has come out the other side and the band have now written a perfect slice of punk/pop/rock which is excellent to listen to but also important to talk about.
