Sulene Releases Video For New Single 'identity crisis'

Fresh off the release of her new EP, 'he•don•ic', South African-born, Brooklyn-based artist Sulene has shared a music video for her single “identity crisis”. Through colorful effects and distortions, the video depicts how she perceives herself based on her frame of mind. The song itself is an Indie meets Electro-Pop number highlighted by Industrial-esque beats and synths. Y

Speaking on the video creation, Sulene stated:

“Whenever I’m having an identity crisis my perception of myself is filtered through whatever mood I’m in. This inspired the creation of the music video for “identity crisis” — I wanted to show myself through different distortions, color-grading, and with violent edits between facial expressions.”
