SNAYX Release New Single 'Nice Day 4 It'

Brighton’s alt-punk force majeure SNAYX are back with an enormous new single built around a colossal, earworm chorus that demands to be shouted back at full volume. “Nice Day 4 It” (out now via the band's new label, Nettwerk Music Group) is equal parts festival anthem and existential meltdown; its deceptively euphoric hook feels destined to become SNAYX's next unforgettable catchphrase. Beneath its swagger, however, lies something far more bittersweet, and it's a sentiment only SNAYX could turn into an anthem.
Speaking about the single, the band explain:
"It's a summer song, but lost in its own melancholy, in its own weird way. It's about that headspace where self-destruction stops feeling like a problem and starts feeling more like just another day. Feelings get filed away for a future version of yourself to deal with. Your mate texts. You go again. When the spiral begins to spin so rapidly out of control, you eventually end up in motion and before you know it, you're actually rolling. There's something almost freeing in the dissonance. Like once you stop trying to hold it together, the pressure's off. It's not quite nihilism, but there's definitely a sense of: everyone's a bit fucked, the world's a bit fucked, so why not make a nice day of it?"
