RIVAL SONS - Barbican, York 24.07.2025

Whilst out on the road opening for Guns 'n Roses, Rival Sons could have easily taken it easy and sat with their feet up between gigs. However that's not something that was on their agenda this year so they arranged some headlining shows on their days off and came out all guns blazing proving that they are one of the best live rock acts out there today!

Jays voice was unreal sending shivers down every spine in the York Barbican while the fuzzlord Scott Holiday cranked out the grooviest riffs in inimitable style! The set was a celebration of their catalogue with a sold out crowd backing them all the way.

Sadly not long after starting to edit my photos technology decided to go tits up again and I've only just managed to salvage the folders of this gig and many others alongside! Hope the gallery catches some of the spark that night brought.
