As the very last single before their upcoming album 'Back From Hell' drops on 25th April, Caliban are unleashing the heaviest track on the album, 'Dear Suffering (feat. Joe Bad of Fit For An Autopsy)'.
With 'Dear Suffering', Caliban continue their descent into raw emotional depths - this track is a crushing anti-anthem, drenched in despair and defiance, exploring themes of existential pain, inner torment, and the brutal acceptance of suffering as an eternal companion.
Together with feature guest Joe Bad (Fit For An Autopsy), 'Dear Suffering' solidifies the upcoming record 'Back from Hell' as one of Caliban’s most intense records to date, fusing unfiltered aggression with an atmosphere of crushing melancholy. The interplay between Andreas Dörner and Bad elevates the song’s intensity, turning it into a violent, yet deeply cathartic experience. With 'Dear Suffering', Caliban extends a hand to those who’ve walked through their own personal hell. Musically it's one of the band's darkest and heaviest offerings yet.
The band quotes:
“’Dear Suffering’ is our way of facing pain head-on, rather than running from it. It’s about embracing the darkness, acknowledging the struggles that shape us, and turning that suffering into strength. Having Joe on this track adds another layer of intensity - we knew his voice would bring the raw aggression this song needed, and he absolutely delivered.”
