Primes - 'Dreamer And I' Single Review

How can I best describe this single? Melodic Dirty Rock? Guitar driven with a soaring voice and perfectly timed backing vocals? A full on slice of quality Indie Rock? All of the above? It’s all these things and more.

This is a great single which should attract this band a lot wider attention, it has the potential for crowds singing along, for a full blown mosh pit going at it and for some serious radio play.

There is a melodic influence at work here with clear aspirations towards a wide audience. Primes have that feel of an Indie Rock band who might just have more to them than the usual run of the mill and the potential to go far, very far. As the killers once said, it’s Indie Rock and Roll for me!
