Interview With 'Shattered'

Firstly, introduce yourselves and tell us a little bit about the band and how you came to be?

Hello, we are Shattered which was founded in 2014 and we come out of Tampa Bay, Florida. We are a bunch of veteran musicians with so many styles of music backgrounds making us very unique separating our band from others. What were you all up too prior to the band, was this always the chosen path or did you have other dreams and aspirations?

All the band members were in other projects before Shattered and a vision we shared together led us on this journey we are now on.

Tell us about your latest Album and why our readers should check it out.

The “PRIDE” album is our first release that shows all different styles of Metal combined into one explosive in your face album. You don’t want to sleep on this one. Have you ever come face to face with someone within the music scene who has left you awestruck and why?

I can't say any of us have been awestruck. In the Tampa Bay Metal Scene we have many stars that come out to our shows to support. Becoming friends and seeing your idols often is one of the best things ever. If we were to head out to one of your live shows what can ourselves and others expect?

If you come out to one of our shows you can expect a lot of in your face energy backed up with our stage show that has many props. Can’t forget our lead guitarist that loves to come down and shred some solos while down in the crowd. If you had one artist/band that you could go on tour with tomorrow who would it be and why?

We would love to tour with At The Gates, Skeletonwitch, King Diamond, Sevendust and more lol. Mostly because they're our favorite bands and how they get it done.. You can spend an hour with a musical icon living or dead, who would you pick, why and what would you speak about?

I personally would pick King Diamond and just talk about all his experiences. The band know I cant go without mentioning the King on anything I write. Lol.. And finally and most importantly is Die Hard a Christmas Movie?

Die Hard is not normally a movie that I would put on when I'm in the Christmas spirit so I would have to say absolutely not.
