Firstly, introduce yourselves and tell us a little bit about the band and how you came to be? The Beast Of Nod consists of Nate on drums, Brendan on bass, Görebläster on guitar, and Paul jumps around, yells a lot and gets people moving! What do you all do outside of the band? Görebläster is an Atomic Physicist at MIT, creates and repairs electronics with Görebläster Electronics, and is into fitness.

Nate works with 3D laser printers for a dental implant company.

Paul works in Biotech, lifts weights, reads comics, and studies natural history.

Brendan works in the Craft Beer Industry. Tell us about your latest Album and why our readers should check it out. Our new album ‘Vampira: Disciple Of Chaos’ will be released on May 21st. The music all revolves around The Land of Nod universe and details the characters and storylines from that. Vampira Infernalis, PotRoast the Rhinoman, and The Cybernetic Tiger with a Dorsal-Mounted Laser Cannon are a few of the characters you’ll be introduced to. We will also be releasing the first issue of our comic book, backstories for certain characters and events, 360 Stereoscopic 3D VR playthrough videos, rig run down videos, song explanation videos, and more! If we were to head out to one of your live shows what can ourselves and others expect? You can expect an experience. We have our custom light show at every show and the music is heavy, groovy, technical, and impressive to watch being played. We always attempt to keep a fun atmosphere at all our shows and encourage people to let loose and have a good time. If you can't nod your head to our music, you might be dead. If you had one artist/band that you could go on tour with tomorrow who would it be and why?

There’s no one artist and each of us would have a different preference. Although individually we’d most likely go with the following, Paul - Cannibal Corpse, Nate - Slipknot, Görebläster – Scale the Summit, and Brendan – Emperor. You can spend an hour with a musical icon living or dead, who would you pick, why and what would you speak about? Paul: A discussion with Alex Webster about what Metal is.

Görebläster: Physics and guitar talk with Brian May.

Nate: Drum tones with Alex Van Halen.

Brendan: Beer and bass with Victor Wooten. And finally and most importantly is Die Hard a Christmas Movie? Indubitably!
