Following two full length albums and a series of supports to acts including The Walkmen, Glasvegas and The Charlatans, the Danish five-piece Virgin Suicide now present their new single ‘MADONNA’. On their new single ‘MADONNA’ swelling synthesizers and Rock riffs cloak the production and equally inspired by 80’s UK Jangle-Pop and Pop music from the early 60’s and well as the 90’s, Virgin Suicide manoeuvres their way through the genres with ease and manage to sound box-fresh.

“We have a lot of love for British Pop music and 80’s New Wave, but also 60’s/70’s Rock and 90’s Pop. Artists like David Bowie, The Smiths, Suede, R.E.M, Roxy Music, Duran Duran, Dusty Springfield and The Jesus and Mary Chain have had a huge impact.”
