Campfire Social Release New Single 'Breathe Out Slowly'

'Breathe Out Slowly' is the latest single from North Wales / Chester 5-piece Campfire Campfire SocialSocial. Previous releases have been supported by BBC Radio 1, 6Music, BBC Introducing and playlisted on BBC Radio Wales. The life-affirming glow of their previous releases is evident on the new single, however here it's tempered by a darker and heavier undercurrent, both musically and thematically. Tom, the band's songwriter: "The single 'Breathe Out Slowly' is about telling yourself that everything is fine when inside you know it's not. Putting on a brave face when inside you're drowning." 'Breathe Out Slowly' ebbs and flows with optimism in the face of adversity. Their trademark vocal harmonies breaking rays of sunshine through the fuzzy tumult of the penultimate section of the song. It's the sound of a band who are revelling in the opportunities that their recently extended line-up now affords them.
