King King - 1865, Southampton 03.02.2017
Broken Witt Rebels are a four piece Blues Rock band from the Midlands. They arrived on stage to open the gig for King King. They played an awesome set of songs, including, from their E.P 'Georgia Pines', the tracks 'Low' and 'Guns' . Which were well received by the audience . They are a confident young band, with great energy. The guys will be touring with Bad Touch in March and April, so go check them out, you will not be disappointed.
Having not heard of King King before I was blown away by their absolutely electric set. Entering the stage through their fans to come on stage they were certainly a crowd pleaser, with a following of loyal fans coming to hear them play. They played their popular tracks, most of which you can find on their new live 3 disc album "King King Live" . With a mixture of Guitars and a Hammond organ played by Bob Fridzema , certainly brought a unique sound to this Blues band, and with the voice of Alan Nimmo and his amazing Guitar skills, they most definitely rocked the house. Check out their website for the rest of their tour dates.
