Spotlight On 'MONTROZE'

June 28, 2016

It's been just over a year since Montroze released their last EP 'Monster Under The Bed',

Since then the band have dropped the 'S' from their name in favour for a 'Z' (to prevent legal wrangles involved 70's rock bands..) and now they're back with a brand new song and music video which will be available on Bandcamp, Spotify, iTunes, etc.

About the track;

The song 'Somewhere I Belong' isn't just a typical pop punk song about a band trying to get out of their hometown, it's a song aimed at those who have never felt that they've had a place to call home in the first place, and vocalist Jason's own struggles with this. It's serious nature is masked by the fun sounding song and light-hearted music video.

So with all that in mind, we think it's time you clicked that play button

On top of this they have announced a tour of Canada with Canadian Pop Punk band Coming Out Swinging.
